Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking. We are currently only shipping within Australia and internationally to New Zealand. If your country isn’t listed in our shipping options, please get in touch with us at booking@communitystudio.com.au and we’ll attempt to arrange shipping for you.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Australia: 2 - 7 business days

  • New Zealand: 4 - 20 business days

Return & Exchange Policy

As majority of our items are custom and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. However, in line with consumer law, we will provide a refund, repair, or replacement if your item has a major fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees.
